Fineline has over the last 7 years built confidence in managing international donor-funded projects, both in financial and technical components. Such projects are mainly implemented in rural areas with the main aim of creating sustainable livelihoods among the rural poor.

Our involvement in project management for development projects includes:

  • Mobilizing community leaders and members to work as a team
  • Where producer groups are involved, our group mobilization officers play an active role in forming viable groups with democratic leadership, strong governance and group dynamics
  • Equipping community groups with business skills for self reliance
  • Facilitating and managing market linkage activities between producer groups and identified reliable exporters of primary commodities
  • Strategic Business Planning and Projection Models
  • Monitoring and Evaluation of the impact and performance of client’s programs
  • Facilitating business development services (BDS)
