Leadership, Management and Administrative Support Functions
Kamau Kabbucho is Managing Director and lead resource person in BDS as well as in training, institutional development, and market-led product development. Mr. Kabbucho has over 15 years' experience in training and organizational development for microfinance and enterprise development institutions. He is a MicroSave certified trainer and the lead person in the Fineline/Micro-Save Market Research, Product Development and Technical Assistance Assignments. In the coastal region, he has conducted a market survey for microfinance in Samburu Division and continues to support MEDP MFI institutions in Kwale and Taita. He has a first degree in education from the University of Nairobi and has attended several professional development workshops focusing on MFIs and BDS.
John Ndulu, is the Finance Director and the lead consultant in MIS and Finance Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA Degrees from the University of Nairobi. He is currently taking an additional Master's degree in Development Finance from University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. His strengths within Fineline are mainly in the areas of design and development of financial and management information system. Mr. Ndulu has extensive experience in providing training and technical assistance to local and regional microfinance and enterprise development institutions in the areas of financial analysis, operations and performance tracking, and systems design.
Alex Malla is the Operations Director and lead consultant in Banking. He is an experienced Senior Development Banker with over 19 years of banking knowledge, management and staff development gained from the Cooperative Bank of Kenya; a bank that specializes in working with Savings and Credit Societies. In addition, he has a training background, and hands on experience in business process mapping, market research for new product development, financial analysis, institutional assessment, risk management, training needs assessment, preparation of operation policies and procedures; and performance monitoring for banks and SACCOs. He holds a MBA (Strategic Management) and a Bachelor of Education ( Economics and Business Management) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Prpoject management from Aarhus Technical College, Denmark.
Japheth Muasya Kiema
Mr. Kiema is the Accountant/Administrator at Fineline Systems. He is Certified Public Accountant (CPA K) and holds a diploma in Business Administration (ABE). He has considerable experience in accounting and administration.
BDS and Market Linkage Project Management
Naomi Njeri Mungai is the Passion Fruit Market Linkage Coordinator on the ground for Embu and Meru Districts. She is has a degree in Horticulture from Jomo Kenyatta University (Kenya) and is currently taking an MBA (Strategic Management) from Kenyatta University. She has extensive experience in horticultural crop management; has developed expertise in managing one of the most successful market linkage projects in the country for small holder passion fruit farmers in Embu and Meru Districts, and demonstrated a strong capability in developing and motivating a team of field extension workers. Naomi continues to be in charge of training new field and management staff of Fineline and is available in supporting inception of new market linkage projects. Market Research and Product Development
Elisheba Wanjiku is a Research Officer at Fineline Systems. She has a Bachelor of Education degree (Economics/Business Studies) from the University of Nairobi and a Masters degeree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University. She has over 5 years experience in market research and training - having worked as a lecturer at Catholic University of East Africa.

Ezra Anyango is an economist with over fifteen years of experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating program activities in development and Microfinance, community development and economic security. He is a business consultant with experience in financial, economic, and policy analysis for various micro and small enterprise programs funded by major bilateral donors such as USAID, European Union, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and Department for International Development (DFID), formerly ODA. In addition, Mr. Anyango is experienced in financial policy and regulation issues and board development, having served as board member of the Ecumenical Loan Fund of Zambia (ECLOF), Micro-Bankers Trust (MBT) and a committee member of the Association of Micro-finance Institutions in Zambia (AMIZ). He has also facilitated several Board workshops and developed board policy papers.
Josephat Mboya Kiweu has ten years experience in financial management, planning, business development consulting and has the advantage of combining excellent technical skills in the field of finance, business and management in microfinance and business development services, with sound practical experience in project analysis and business finance. Mr. Mboya is a certified accountant (ACCA), he holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a PhD degree.
Ms. Ruth Odera is a lead associate consultant at Fineline and has over twelve years' hands-on experience in Human Resource development and institutional capacity building experience both as a line manager and as a consultant. She has several years experience in carrying out needs assessment projects and delivering skills-based training and class-room based teaching. As a Program Coordinator of AFRACA, Ms. Odera headed personnel and administration and was involved in HR support services to member organizations as well as in conceiving and implementing thematic studies, and facilitation in rural/microfinance workshops. As a consultant, Ms. Odera has undertaken HR systems development and training needs assessment for Ministry of Manpower and Development, Commission for Human Rights, and Parliamentary Service Commission - all of Ghana. Ms. Odera holds a Bachelor of Education, an MBA, and a Masters in Microfinance degrees; and is currently the Managing Director of Microfinance House - a private consulting firm specialized in microfinance and based at Nairobi.
